12 Myths And Facts About Male Fertility Behind


Often when a child's family never had in a long time , then the woman is to blame . Though there is not only the responsibility of women , but also men . As reported in the Times of India , following a consultant at Moolchand Fertility & IVF , Dr Rashmi Sharma , will set out the facts and myths associated fertility in men .
Myth 1 : The problem lies in the woman's fertility .Fact : This is not true . In fact , 40 % of the fertility problems exist in men . We look through thousands of tests that test the fertility of women without a male partner's semen .
Myth 2 : Stress is the main thing that causes problems in fertility .Fact : Stress affects a passion for sex , but does not affect the quality and quantity of sperm , so it will not affect the level of fertility .
Myth 3 : The testicles are cold will improve the quality of sperm .Fact : Cool the testicles with ice can be dangerous and do not give any impact on your sperm . After all , wearing tight underwear and driving for a long time should be avoided as it results in high temperatures . Excessive heat and radiation is not good for the quality and quantity of sperm .

Myth 10 : Is cycling too often can affect sperm count ?Fact : Not true . Cycling will not affect the sperm count . However , excessive cycling can lead to erection problems .
Myth 11 : People who love cycling must be careful when choosing the type of bicycle saddles they use .Fact : Existing evidence refers to the effect of cycling on the erection , not fertility . Seat on the bike that causes discomfort can lead to erection problems . Even so , there is ample evidence that it can affect fertility .
Myth 12 : Having sex every day can improve fertility .Fact : Not true . In fact , it even reduces the chances of conception . Because the woman's egg only lives for 24 hours , having sex too often can only help when women are in fertile periods .
