1.Hindari standing or sitting too long , occasionally move your feet and walk around for a while in order to smooth blood circulation .
2.Saat lie down , prop your legs with a pillow so that the feet higher than the head .
3.Jangan too long sitting with legs dangling . Stand up every 30 minutes or so that the foot is not swollen .
4.Kurangi consume salt or salty foods excessive .
5.Olah light exercise so that blood circulation smoothly . For example , swimming or walking leisurely in the morning .
6.Rendamlah feet in warm water laced with salt or lemon juice for 10-15 minutes .
7.Perbanyak good eating animal protein such as chicken , salmon , chicken liver , beef liver , chicken eggs and fresh shrimp . Vegetable protein , green beans , soy beans , tofu , tempeh , beans fresh .
