[ TIPS ] FIGHT NAUSEA AND VOMITING


For candidates who are Pregnant Mother especially in the morning will experience nausea or morning sickness called , here are some tips to overcome them :
Do not let an empty stomach in the condition as it can increase stomach acid that causes nausea
Eat small amounts frequently
Drink plenty to avoid dehydration from vomiting
Eating foods high in carbohydrates and proteins that can help overcome your nausea .
Many fruit and vegetables and foods high in carbohydrates such as bread , potatoes , biscuits , etc.
Avoid spicy foods and bersantan
Consuming ginger ale or ginger candy
Rest and relax will help you cope with nausea vomiting . Because if you stress will only aggravate your nausea .
Do not forget to always consume healthy foods so that the condition of the mother and baby will stay awake born in good health .
